The only one of its kind in Quebec, the Montreal Aviation Museum is dedicated to preserving our rich aeronautical history with a particular focus on Quebec contributions. Founded by Godfrey Stewart Pasmore in 1998 and housed in the historical « Old Stone Barn » at Macdonald Campus, the museum presents the history of civil and military aviation through its 5 aircrafts, artifacts and memorabilia as well as remarkable paintings by renowned Canadian artists. It is also possible to attend conferences and organize tours for schools, seniors and businesses.

The museum’s mission is to raise the public’s awareness of the contributions made by Quebecers and Canadians in the field of aviation. The Montreal Aviation Museum is a community oriented, non-profit organization and has the full support of many established cultural and educational organizations, including the Canada Aviation Museum and McGill University.

Closed due to renovations
